I know what it is man, I was just wondering what symptoms you had when you found out what it was.

My lower left abdomen hurts when I push on it. Whenever I take a deep breath my stomach hurts there and it feels like I have a cinder block inside my ball bag. My whole stomach feels bloated like I just ate $30 worth of Taco Hell. I checked for a lump in my abdomen and groin but I cant seem to find one. Any of this ring a bell??

I had one a few years ago...
Basically all I remember is my lower left abdomen area felt like it was being ripped apart from the inside whenever I moved... I would definitely get it checked out by your doctor... turn your head and cough.
After the surgery though, my next week was awesome... I got to know my couch and Vicodin really well.

Fuck dude thats what it feels like. How long you laid up for if surgery is needed?
I was only bedridden for like a week. My dad had the same thing a couple of years ago, and like me, was stuck on the couch for like a week.
If it is a hernia, you will definitely have to have something done about it - it doesn't exactly heal itself.

I also had one and i lived with it for awhile until i got it fixed(prob about two years). They cut you open and sew a type of screen to the inside of your abdomen wall. I was diggin holes when the anesthesia wore off but everybody's different. And youll pretty much know if you have one , youll have a lump on you lower abdomen or a little somthin extra in your sack (thats guts) youll always feel kinda sick to your stomach and it will be very unpleasant to take a shit. Its a really uncomfortable feeling that never goes away. hope this helps

If so, what were some of your symptoms??
no luckily all I had was a herniated disk,,,plus surgery for it,,was hilarious,,let me tell you, when you wake up from a good surgery,,keep screamin in pain,I woke up from disk surgery and it hurt,,I coulda took it but didn't want too,so I sit up,,,and start screamin,,nurse runs over,,lays me down gives me a shot,,I stay down but keep writhing in pain and screamin and moanin,,I got a pretty good tolerance cuz I squeezed seven shots outta them on the recovery table before they even took me too a room,,,,luckily stationed in a room right in front of the nurses desk,,I get 2 more shots outta them,,I couldn't even scream any more if I wanted to,,10 minutes later I put my coat over my gown,,take my stand up IV thing and walk out for a smoke,,with like 5 nurses all turning there heads in unison and in astonishment,,,,reminds me of my knee surgery,,ahhh,,but thats another thread

I have been through 2 inguinal hernias. they hurt badley and they wont heal themselves. I f one of your balls is alot bigger than the other and is extremley tender like you just got kicked you probably have one. surgery was easy and your up and walking the day after and back to work in about a week. the wors part is the pain you feel when you wake up, because your bladder is so full of fluid its pressing on the surgery area. Nothing and i mean nothing has ever felt better than the first piss i took after the surgery.
