Anyone ever grown sour d?

Just wondering what the regular sour d strain looks like in it early flowering forms, and also wondering if it stinks just like cured sour d when its flowering and growing its crystals.

I am asking because I am pretty sure I just planted a sour d seed that I found in a lil bag of seed my boy gave me - he said they were OLD and from random good nuggets so I am leaning towards sour D but really?

I thought for a female to create seeds it had to be pollenated so how do random seeds pop out of good sensamilia bud?

anybody knowledgeable on the subject wanna help me out?

i just harvested sour d and others. dried, cured and almost all gone. ima do another d grow. it is really something special. here's my journal of my sour d grow.

I've grown and am on a current sour d grow... not looking as good as what dannyboy did but still really good smoke, I just harvested 1.3oz wieghed, and hella ya I love me some sour d. you can check out my current grow via my sig and you can check out my albums for the last sour d grows i did. Oh all 4 of my sour d that i have harvested came from bagseed and not a single seed in any of what I grew. stay high

i purchased them about 6 months ago then realised there like 11 weeks flowering time and im impatient lol. £12.50 a seed the deerest av ever paid aswell haha

See, the reason I ask is because one of my plants smells like rotten sour D (in a good way). Its a little 1 1/2 foot dwarfed plant but although it is short, it was grown the same exact way day by day as my 5 foot monster lol

Ive heard of Lowryder seeds that tend to stay shorter and more compact but what are the odds of getting a lowryder sour D cross out of bagseed? lol thats why im wondering about it, maybe its just sour D but dwarfed some how? lol

PS the buds havent even started growing yet, theres only a lil cone of pistols (no visable bud formation), but for some reason the entire lil fucker is COVERED in thick layers of crystals (trichnomes) and although I try not to touch it, i cant help myself patting a lil spot and wiffing in the sour d aroma
