AS IS Grosskreutz who just this morning admitted to having his illegally possessed firearm (that he also foolishly admitted to carrying, against the law, every single day.) pointed at Rittenhouse.

So now its a game of who's illegally possessed and brandished firearm is more illegal. Lucky for the rest of the world, you dorks have it all figured out. Case closed on account of cuz white on white racist Trumptard January 6th MACHINE GUN. They don't try all the things at once in the same case. There is no comparison between the two. Kyle has his appropriate charges for minor in possession, though I haven't seen anything about making a straw purchase, and bicep guy will probably have his charges as well, if he doesn't already.

pretty sure the possible straw purchase consequences will land on the actual buyer and supplier, his buddy. And rightfully so.

i think in a case of cash and carry it usually does. Rittenhouse didnt keep or possess the rifle at home in IL, it was supposed to be stored until he was legal, at which point a transfer could be legally made via FFL. Both parties broke the law but not in the usual "straw purchase" fashion. Dont know all the details of that part, but If money hadnt been exchanged yet, it was less of a "straw purchase" and more of a "got it for me with the intention to sell to you soon"
