They seem to have the best deal on a Sentinel CO2 Generator I need.... Just Leary of dealing with new Inet Suppliers !

I just did...ordered last Thursday and packages arrived today. I was like a little kid 
Quick order proccessing and quick shipping out the next day! Good correspondence...shipping notification stated one piece was back ordered; I requested expected ship date.
Order is missing an additional high dollar item that was expected to ship...I got online to contact Grow Light Express (only method of contact is email) when I saw thier email notifying me that the backordered piece would ship today...
I fired back an email questioning the missing item and questioned if it was also backordered; also sent message to the support email accessible via their website...waiting for response now.
I'll update on how they address this issue...I'm optimistic.

Sent my correspondence to Christopher at Grow Light Express on Monday shortly after receiving order around 2:00 in the afternoon. Received a response later that night stating that he was just returning to the office and will look into and get back with me.
No correspondence Wednesday so I sent another message to gather an update.
Thursday morning still no response so I sent another message requesting an update...within minutes Christpher responded with an explaination that items are drop shipped from his suppliers so he is working it out with them (explains how he can keep cost down with little or no overhead). I feel that Christopher is on top of it but fulfillment of my order is in the hands of a third party.
Upon closing Christopher has submitted to me a $20 credit back to my card for this inconvenience and has promissed to have his warehouse ship the item out as quick as possible.
I'll update again as this progresses...

Just heard back from Christopher w/ Grow Light Express and I have a tracking number for the original backordered item and commitment for missing item tracking number when it is available.

That is the same exact kind of experience I had with GLE.
Generally you are going to save a little if you buy online. I bought my ballast locally because of the manufacturer's warranty. If my Global Greenhouse digital ballast has any problems, I can take it to my local retailer, they give me a new one and they send my old one back for 4 years! I can be up and running again in less than an hour if something goes wrong with it. Online retailers cannot provide this kind of service.

I received the missing item Tuesday and the backordered part Wednesday.
Great point cannatari regarding the ease of dealing with local supplier...I went with (2) magnetic balast for durabilty and saved the cost of one compared to local prices for the same product...not to mention how much I saved on the Light Rail and Hoods. I still have the five year manufacturer warranty that I probably/hopefully won't even need it. I guess you have to weigh all of the facts to determine what your comfort level or willingness to gamble a little maybe
In the end I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Grow Light Express for those that want to save some money purchasing online.

good to know. I decided to research them AFTER I placed a big order. ha. seems like they do a good job. Got a great deal on a 400W CMH, some superthrive and hygrozyme. With ONA gel pro. very good pricesI received the missing item Tuesday and the backordered part Wednesday.
