Anybody recognize these spots ?

I’m trying to figure out what my plant is telling me. Could anyone take a look and let me know ? Thank you for your time !

Looks like a Calcium deficiency. Cal Mag should sort that out.

calcium Def. but check your runoff next time first before adding more Cal. sometimes the ph being off can lock the cal out.
