The tips of my don't are turning black and the colour of the leaves are getting lighter
Anybody know what this is???

Could be a million things, but i would say your plants are being fed too much, looks like they are having issues with something being absorbed, this happens to ALL of my seedlings when i over rich my soil with drys in the beginning. What is your soil made of? are you feeding?
