ANYBODY have experience with "Final Phase"

from advanced nutrients. Im growing in coco and theres different things people are telling me to do. One is to water with final phase then wash it out 6-12 hrs later and the second is to water with final phase but just to let it sit til next watering.............any help would be appreciated.

Generally speaking, all those 'flushing' products are a waste of money. If you 'flush', use plain water. If you feel like you need to 'flush', you probably overfed your plants.

So no experience with it? Which ones have you used? Or just saying cause you dont flush with them? Sorry just curious cause im confused with the whole flushing issue. One of my last plants i chopped tasted like "dirt", real earthy. I flushed with plain water for 2 1/2 weeks and another one i chopped cause i wanted to smoke some hash (no flush ) tasted great. I fed them the same amount of nutes, same strain. I dont understand............maybe you could help me out.

I've used Clearex and FloraKleen, neither seemed to have a benefit over my tap water in terms of their ability to leach salts.

The best way to get great flavor out of your plants is to keep them happy and healthy until the day you chop. I don't flush my plants, I also don't need to because over time I've been able to figure out what foods and doses they do best with over their entire lives.

In short, I'd recommend 'vegging' formulas from start to finish and use restraint when feeding. Start by cutting the recommended dose on the back of your bottle in half.

I can not see what flushing actually does to a plant or its root zone that would translate into a better 'taste'. Like HomeB said, if the goal is to leach salts, water is the way to go. Maybe the Final Phase, with its Chelated magnesium and Sulphur? I think not. Did advance discover a new amazing reverse-chelating agent? It's all bunk sir IMO. And for the record, I have tried Clearex and FloraKleen and noted no difference. What one should do is merely decrease the PPM's of your feeding close to harvest or just feed ph'ed water only.

If you read the Advanced narrative on Final Phase you will note they really just contradict themselves and finally mention their "proprietary" mix, as usual. Whatever the product is that bucks common chemical or botanical sense they will say "proprietary formula" . Buyer beware.

I just went through a flush test phase with Clearex and I can say I will never buy or use a flush product again. If was to ever flush again (probably wont), I will just use tap water.

Dna, have you ever used final phase? I wanted somebodys help who used it but all people are saying is that it dont work but they never tried it. Weird. I used for the first time and so far looks good. The very next day after using it, i noticed my plants fading to a healthy yellow and i notice more milky trichomes. Could be coincidence, i guess. I dont claim to know it all, thats why im on here, just trying to gain knowledge. So all help is appreciated.......

I've used fianl phase and i think it prob works but in my experience i just felt water for a week and ahalf or two weeks was the equivalent of using final phase for the last week.

Im seeing some good results so far with final phase but ill have to wait after the cure to see if it really worked...........

What exactly are you expecting? Do you have a clone of this plant acting as your control so you can compare the final products to one another after the cure? Probably not.

'Flushing products' are costly and unnecessary, you can't say we didn't try and warn you.

Plants grow themselves, if you know what you are doing it doesn't take much time out of your day, maybe you're too busy fucking up the works. Advanced nutrients are over priced bullshit, I have used them and got better results out of a $10 box of 20/20/20. Advanced nutrients are run by mafioso greedy pedophiles, if that's who you want to support with your money by all means go for it, I grow my own so I don't deal with shady people who are just out to make money. But go ahead and pay for Gino's lawyers so he can go around raping more kids.

Now you take a shot at HB for $400 an ounce but are here telling others to buy the most expensive nutrients on the market. Really? lol.

If you are flushing nothing is going to work better then distilled water. Has nothing in it.

Plain and simple people hate on AN because they rip people off and exploit a section of the market, the newbs. They also cause a lot of confusion they get a lot of threads started with their 100 products and get a lot of people thinking they need all this unnecessary stuff with their claims. You can do the same for less without supporting a company who's owners have less then stellar backgrounds.

Like I said the reason I grow is to not support pieces of shit, the owners of AN are just that. Your reasons might be different, who knows. Takes a special kind of piece of shit to go on TV and fake cry about how great his rapist business partner is.

You can look at my thread, I got a few plants in there grown with AN, it does work. BUT You can save a lot of money going elsewhere.

Thanks MR.HEAD. I dont support advanced nutrients just trying something different, you know? I just hate when people act like they know me. Homebrewer says i dont have clones, what does he know and never seen my plants and says "im just seeing what i want to see".thats strange to me. I think im owed an apology, dont you? And by the way ive always did just distilled water, molasses, or no flush at all with organics. And now i tried final phase, i dont know if it works yet but thats called experience. And so when somebody post a thread "do you have experience" i can say yeah, honestly not like "homebrewer" who cant read correctly and sticks his nose in where it dont belong.....
