anybody else getting malware warnings?

D: like 5 times today I got malware warnings coming to RIU.

try safari, it's fine on mine

Works fine on my iPad with safari but yeah, I get blocked on my pc with both chrome and firefox

This is a nuisance attack known as blacklisting.

Search engines and browsers put warnings up when they have been notified that a site is dangerous. When they get enough warnings, an automated warning message is generated.

Some are more sensitive to these than others.

The word 'attack' is not entirely accurate since the only purpose is to divert traffic away from a Web site by frightenening users.

In other words, it is a very LAME attempt by a few disgruntled former users, or some competing Web site.

Exactly. The admin did say a few days ago that we didn't have any virus or malware, but we're being blacklisted. Of course, the dickwads that keep coming on here to promote tHeir message boards are highly suspect

wow that's fucked up. I ran my stuff and it came up clean too. blacklisted? lame. lol we should be greenlisted
