Any type of recovery from over heating?

I guess my exuast wasent anuf.. Posted early because my plants were bear clawing. (leafs folding up)... Heard my timer go off (18/6) to turn my lights n exuast on.. And so I checked on them.. Grabed top leafs and sure anuf they feel like newspaper... Any ways to help recover? Other than wait?...I moved light up another 2 feet.( 430watt hps)..

"Superthrive" can help any plant bounce back after being stressed.
I'm assuming it's soil? If that part of the plant is too far gone, maybe just trim that off and kind of "cut" your losses and learn from the experience.
Try to keep the lights 1-2 feet away for HPS and keep an eye on your humidity.

It was.. I do not have humidfier...And how to tell when it has gone to far? and to trim?does humidfier really needed?

There is heat damage, then there is when your plant is dieing. Time for judgement call.
You don't need a humidifier per say but humidity is pretty important, especially if you have fans for circulation. You can wind burn the plants too.

Ok. Well I got the other plants all doing that!..... well two are rolling up on sides.. Two bear clawing.... Wtf.. ;( one plant left. Then what causes bear claw?
