I’m going to go out on a limb and say you will need to flip this to 12/12 to get any flowers. Check that you will need to pray for flowers

You might want to try and tape some cotyledons on it and see if that would help.

Bummer deal, i did this to the only female in a group of 4 seedlings. 
. I also beheaded another one while taking off the "helmet" and there was juuuuust enough cotyledon surface left to keep it going.
This one though, fully beheaded = toast.
