Any suggestions on exhaust fan.....

Does anyone have any advise on what might be a suitable 6" centrifugal fan for exhaust for a 2x4x7 tent. Have a 400 watt air-cooled light and will probably have to add a carbon filter later. Are the vortex fans quiet or is there something a little bit better. Thank everyone...........

I use active air. Good fan and good price

Yeah vortex fans are good, any inline moving a lot of air is gonna make some noise. I had a 6" in my 4x8x7 tent in my bedroom and was still able to sleep. Adding a carbon filter will dampen the noise a lot.

I use a 6" valueline fan with my 400w light. Probably the cheapest inline fans you can find and probably makes more noise than a Vortex or any other more expensive inline fan, but it's not that bad. Also have a 4" that I planned on using for exhaust with a 4" carbonaire filter, but never needed to use either.
