Any Reefers?

Nice, vivarium are cool too! I've been tempted more than once to set one up. Almost pulled the trigger on a nice terrarium on clearance the other day.....One that you can fill wit water for the first 6 inches or so.
Exo Terra? They are super nice, just gotta watch for leaks! Those bastards don't have much quality control IMHO, I had to reseal a couple tanks in the past year when I filled the bottom portion. Woke up the next day wit a big ass wet spot on ground next to it and the stand was warped. I was so pissed, lol.

Yeah, I think that's the one...petco had three on clearance for 27 bucks, but I couldn't justify buying it knowing I had three more empty tanks at home with nowhere to put them...lol...multiple tank syndrome...gastanker has it bad. He hasn't been on in a while I don't think.

But I'm no stranger to resealing tanks, in fact the picture I posted of the half dome tank with cloudy water, that tank was a terrarium on clearance for 9 bucks that i re-siliconed, and it's held water for two years now

Haha..."just one of those little ones" isn't too descriptive. Is it a rectangle? Hexagon? Square? What kinda light? Freshwater? What kinda filter? Hang on back? In-tank? ;)

I wanna switch my fresh water 20 gal. to salt but think it`s too small. I got a heater, thermometer, double filter bio-wheel and bubbler. Will I need anything else ? Can you put little fishes in with reefs ?

20 gallons is not to small at all! My reef tanks are 3 and 5 gallons, so 20 is a piece of cake comparatively. You'll need live rock and sand, as well as a pretty good light to have a reef, and maybe an extra power head to help with water flow in the tank. You can put a few small reef friendly fish in a 20 gallon. I suggest reading a lot more about nano reefs, and doing your homework before jumping in. You will need some specialized equipment for certain things, like measuring salinity.

Thank you, I`ll look into it. Are they easier to keep ? I basically just feed mine daily now that it has cycled.
