Any recommendations on kief sifter/trimmer trays?

I've been using bubble bags for a few years with decent results. Just toss a few good handfuls of trim in and shake for 30 seconds over a mirror. Save sifted trim for further processing

Hello everyone,

Can anyone recommend a good quality tray for kief sifting and/or trimming? Everything on amazon seems flimsy and cheaply made.

Something along these lines:

Has anyone had any experience with this particular one? Or does anyone have any better recommendations?

Thanks.
I actually ordered the version of that with more of a "grate" to drop all the trim through and keep the buds in the bin. I dry ice all my shit so i can collect my kief then.

The trim bins are ergonomic. You can plop it on your lap while you sit on the couch and watch tv or whatever.

That's a good one to have too. Thanks for the link. I was thinking the same with trim, as soon as it's off the plant it goers straight in the freezer.

That's actually not a bad idea and it saves some money. I'm thinking you can also find some sort of tray and just fold the bag over nice and tight and just sift through the trim on top letting it fall in the tray below.

side note.: its crazy the amount of tools and stuff that's out there nowadays; we were cave men back in the day compared to today; one stop at amazon and you're pretty much good to go.

No shit. I didnt grow back in the day but i looked around at equipment and that looking around is why i decided not to. Equipment was crazy expensive, there was little to no real "actual use" information out there, and all these fancy little gadgets like trim bins just were not around.

The "real" info was mostly word of mouth and yeah the equipment was expensive and if you could find it; the indoor scene was just getting started. Books, magazines and tips of trade passed down from generation to generation; you had to be in the right place at the right time to be in a position to learn the amount of knowledge you can find in just a day searching the web.
