Any purple growers out there???

I'm interested in growing purple buds.
But I want the best and only the best.

Whats best to me? Taste, smell, potency and most importantly PURPLE BUDS!!

So I'm thinking GDP GRAND DADDY PURPLE.

I want purple buds n lots of them not purple leaves! Without playn with cold temps or stressing the plant

TGA Deep Purple is one of my personal favs, Querkle also is purple, I had problems with BCBD The Purps, Only 1 out of 6 germed, but I could have gotten an old pack. Da Purps by TH Seeds looks promising but I havent tried yet so I cant vouch for it same with Kens GDP. Idk Ken so idk how it is but I have seen good things about them by other growers. Heres few pics of my Deep Purple. The pics of it growing that are still green are of it at week4 so it hasnt gotten it purple coloring yet, but by week 6 it starts to turn dark purple to blackish coloring like the other pics of it at week 9/10. Sry for the blurry images, they were taken with a blackberry phone.

The seeds u got come in feminized form?

I would go with a good Gpd, just make sure to look into grow info on it before you buy it seed,clone or w.e

yea would be awesome, at my local dispensary ive seen like 6 different kinds of GDP 5 were purple, 1 was green but smelled and looked the same but gdp is a killer smoke and high bongsmilie

Go with any of Subcool's purple strains or PCK from Ace seeds is also nice and has many great crosses on the market.

TGA doesnt do fem seeds only Reg. It wont be as bright, Your av is a more bright purple-pink where Deep Purple is more on the purple-black. But it could also be the lighting in the pic that makes it look more bright then it is. either way that is a beautiful plant in your av pic

i grow purps at times, heres a few mine.'m ordering gdp also. i jus ordered 20 purps fems from www.bcseedking.com . order 10 and get 5 free .15 for 85.00.done grown these out many times.50% turn purple during las 2 weex.even the non purpling one heavy ass buds,need to be staked.

Is that BC Bud Dept The Purps? Was it Kens GDP you ordered?

actually its the same canadian purps ,bcseedking has the better deals.garaunteed to get yure order.i'm harvesting a pound of purps now,super sweet grape bubble gum dank and taste,even the non purpling ones have that unmistakable smell.

Just bought a pack of 10 reg GDP from grand daddy purple. I'm going to scrog and lst and veg for 8 weeks in hydro and a 600wat hps and one plant only Caz I want to get a pound of purple buds :)

i'm growing gdps fems from connoisuer atm.. they are said to be s1's from kens cut, but who knows... mine are about 8 weeks or so into flower and not a hint of purple in them as of yet...
super frosty and nice rock hard nugs though, just no purple at all...

i also have a pack of kens gdps that i was going to run at a later date to compare to the conny's version..

ns lookin plants breh.maybe wen they ripen mite turn.i seen some of cali connections blackwater this guys growin and it was super dark purple.
but if u gro out bluemoonshine from dutch passion get this kinda color .

thanks raiderman.. i was thinking the same thing.. my girl just grew some bb that turned super purple in like the last week or so of growth, so i'm not giving up completely on these ones turning on me yet.. :)

I'm aN old school breeder and tester - lemme just turn your attention to PCK by cannabiogen. just look it up, it is amazing. Most potent and awesome to grow purple thing since Hawaiin Purple back in the 80;s take my workd for it, ive been growing purple things for 20 years.... PCK is NO FUCKING ONE....
