any opinions on halfdead plant

getting straight to the point -i put my 4 plants in a soil that had nute release for 6months and was watering them twice a day (i know i know) then relized that not only was i overwatering but it was causing the nutes to release rapidly and therefor burn the plant "so i think" that was 9 days in , i transplanted them into new soil and 5 days from that here is was they look like , the are slowing growing new leafs "at least one is" but there not getting taller and the yellowing continues , any ideas?

Remove the leaves gently when they shrivel up a bit more, otherwise let it grow. Try to leave the leaves on as long as possible(if they're not shriveled up/brown/black/diseased, that is), unless they get weird spots or mold/fungi/etc. Try to remove them before any of that happens.

Lay off the water a bit.
