it seems the female u begin with, so long as its a healthy strong female, S1's made w/ her are NOT prone to herm, however,, stability of S1's seems to depend on that female.. if the female is a f2,f3 or so on seeds will not be so uniform.. if the female used to make S1's is a stabliized, or true breed,, seeds are very uniform and almost if not identicle to the famale..

ive always had great results, then i just used a 5.0 female n selfed it after stress testing clones off the same batch.. anyways i got pollen made S1's and planted,,,,they are all over the place not 1 is like the seed mom,, and each plant is different.. im guessing the 5.0 seed mom must have been an f2 or f3????
so your sayinf if i took 8 clones off a mother,put them into bloom and used 1 to get pollen, then put that pollen on its clone sisters its s1 not S1?? i was under the impression that as they are all clones off the same mother, the 1 used to get the pollen is an exact replica of the ones ur using to pollinate,,,so its the same as pollenating a branch on the same plant the pollen is poff of???From what I had come to understand there's a difference in (S1's) and (s1's ) the S1 is induced and it's pollen is then use on a younger clone of it's self making true fem's with next to no change in it's makeup. The s1 is a result of using pollen from one induced female and using it on another female from the same strain batch resulting in two or three different phenos in the offspring fem's. And I think the frequency of variations in phenos depends on the females stability .

I believe what you are describing is just a feminized cross. For example OGKB#2 x OGKB#11 but just pollinating w/ fem pollen, not male pollen.. Unless you mean pollinating a clone then it is an S1. I dont think I've heard of any difference between s1 v S1, some people just dont capitalize.
