Light intensity is far more important, the green LEDs are superfluous

The plant pictured is grossly under-lit

You need a real grow light

This weekend when I get paid I already have ideas on veg lights. No idea tho which to get for veg

If any of has a good idea for a veg lights no more then 200$ let me know. Have been looking but there so many now it's not funny.

Ones 100% female but I'm unsure on the other, it's been a while but the 2nd plant it looks maybe like a herm to me.
