Well guys i just seen this and was wondering first of if this was true and second if it is true any good ideas or method how 1 could do a whole grow using this :) :)

you know what else you can do is fill up your toilet, sink and bath tub with soil and then when you have to water them just turn on the sink and flush the toilet and turn on the shower!

Saw the youtube for this, i dont think a lot of them would work for growing. Have heard of people wanting to try growing with skylights but they dont let enough light thru. Not to mention overcast days like my neck of the woods weather today...

But would it not be nearly the same as growing in a greenhouse if there was enough of them

No it wouldnt, you only get light from one plane with your ceiling, greenhouses have it coming from all angles. Not to mention that alot of greenhouses (by me atleast) run hid for a lot of the spring and fall. Not worth cutting up your roof, but i dont see why you couldnt get a cheap shed and try it if you REALLY want to.

there are mirrored tubes,really big in circumference,and they can transport alot of light around 90degree turns..they are used in homes to add natural light to smaller areas..i think they are attached to the roof with reflective square anchors with a lens over it.
