Any ideas whats causing this?

I'm seeing tiny brown spots on the leaves of this glookies plant. Can Anyone help me out?

I didn't see any pest in the plant. I gave them compost tea and it seems to be getting a little better. It's not progressing at least. Just keeping a close eye and using it as a learning experience.
 
I got another question. I have another plant that seems to be growing a lot more leaves out of the bud then the other plant of the same strain. It's healthy, it just seemed strange to me. Never grew in a living organic soil or outdoors before so a lot of this is brand new. The Pic was taken after I trimmed it down a bit. I was concerned about bud rot from lack of circulation.
