Any ideas what the problem is ?

Hi guys, me again...

Any of you got any ideas what deficiency is going on here ? DWC indoor grow of course. Single 400 W HPS bulb. Roots looking very healthy and very well oxygenated. No bugs, no funny mold business. Plants are about 2.5 weeks into flower.
LST around 84 degrees (a little warm maybe but I'm working on it)

During veg I used a fert with 2:1:5 ratio (also has a good balance of micro nutes). After flower I introduced a fert with 1:3:5 ratio (no micro nutes). I used the new flowering nutes mostly but also feed with the veg nutes every now and then to insure the plant was getting the necessary micro nutes... I did the same thing with my other grow and it's worked like a charm.

I dont have access to all the fancy nutes like other people around the world.
I HAVEN'T checked pH as I don't have a pH and not really sure that the pH meters out there even work (seen a lot of negative comments about them on RIU).

What you geniuses think ? pH I suppose ?

Bump. No idea though, this is why I’m afraid to try DWC in the near future. I am still interested in the growth rate and yields tho ‍♂

looks like PH locking out your nutes. but then I read ur post and you stopped feeding it the Micros when you switched to flower? I think your program needs a revision - the plant is surviving! Side note: What do you mean PH meters don't work?

yup.

pH meters are bad unless you get a high quality one you're better off with the color changing drops or litmus paper.

if you are willing to spend $100 though you can get a very reliable pH meter

you will also need to get some storage solution to squirt in the cap so the probe doesn't dry out.

which leads me to the next thing. you don't mention EC or TDS. unlike pH, cheap EC meters are very reliable. pick one on amazon.

Trying to do DWC or any hydroponics without monitoring EC or pH is gonna be a bad time.
