Any ideas to avoid harvesting 4 weeks earlier?

I have auto NL, 27 days into flowering, so another 4 weeks to go. I am up for a surgery that will require me to be hospitalised for about a week. Its something I cannot put off for too long so I was thinking about giving her another week before harvesting. Is it a good idea?

Mobility is limited so cannot make an automated watering system at this stage. Growing in coco

I have grown northern light autos several times and usually took 12-14 weeks from sprout to harvest. Will be a waist to harvest early and would put on a drip system if you can and a close buddy are wife to harvest when time comes

Unfortunately, you will more likley than not have more weeks than 67 days flowering.

Even my wife does not know about this stealth closet grow, so its just me for now

27 days into flowering
62 days since sprouting
Based on other grow diaries, this strain has another 4 to 6 weeks more to go

Coco? How long have you known about this pending surgery?

It seems she will miss only 2 waterings (3 at worst), since I need to be away for 2 to 3 days and can continue to recover at home. She needs 2L daily, so I'm planning to over-water her, reduce the light intensity a bit, change light period from 19 to 12, and possibly add a drip kit with two 500 ml bottles. Will that be enough to keep her alive for 3 days?

Basically the rule at home is "no one is allowed into daddy's study"
Part of your house is off limits to your wife? How does that work? Do you have a deadbolt on the door?

You need to come clean with what you're doing. Secrets and marriage are not a good combination.

If it's only a couple days your plants should be fine with any simple drip system. The blumat classics I mentioned and a bucket. Problem solved.

its not really off limits to her.. only the kids.. and she knows "something is going on" related to weed.. (I've grown earlier with her knowledge); this time she didn't really care whats in the closet, she thinks its "weed stuff".. probably paraphernalia

A bottle with a slot cut in the neck will only allow water out when air gets in.

1 x big saucer
1 x a big bottle with a slot cut, it's basically a smart valve for free.

Fill the saucer and fill the bottle turn the bottle upside down so that the slot is submerged then when the level drops it'll refill, capillary matt and a basin/tray is another option.
