Hey guys and gals, any input would be greatly appreciated.

Strain : Zkittlez
About 25 days old and kind of small

-MG organic soil with 25% perlite
-200 watt 3500k led @ 24”
-Humidity steady at 35-40%
-temperatures 15c night / 23c daytime

I had the light at about 12” for the first couple weeks, then moved it to 24” thinking that was the problem. But the new growth since then still looks weird.

I would keep them wetter, at around 60-70% at this stage. I don't know if this is the reason for discoloration but.

I don't think it's humidity, I have the same humidity, temp range, and even 3500k LEDs on mine and I don't get anything like that. Only difference is I use promix herb & vegetable soil.
And I'm growing a couple different strains, never tried zkittlez.

Could be that it's just growing roots. What size container now? Was it seed or clone? It's not a happy plant. Maybe transplant up to better soil...like StickyJones suggested...not sure it's necessary to wash all old soil off.

Is the soil mainly a coco base?
Could it be dirty/salty coco in the mix?

A lot of sodium would cause weird lockouts like that.
If they started out well, maybe it's the case. Because the salts would have had time to leach from the coco fibre, after a few waterings.

Just a guess though, could be wrong.

I love everyone’s thoughts lol, pretty much how I’ve felt this whole time. I keep coming back to Ph. I’ve just been to lazy to go get some strips. Plus now that I just transplanted to three gallon I don’t want to flood the pot to get run off.

You need higher temps. Organics need higher temps to give better support for beneficial fungal and bacterial growth. They have very little available nutrients because the soil is not active enough.

Humidity need to be higher for such small plants. Aim for 60-70%. pH doesn't really matter with organics. The soil colonized with bacteria/fungus will decide pH and nutrient availability.
