Any ideas on how to lightproof this cabinet? (Pics)

Bought this grow cab a few weeks back from goodwill and plan to start my first grow after my parents come visit (Sept.).

Any ideas on how to lightproof my cabinet? Its got some pretty decent gaps between the hinges and frame and at where the door meet. The back is a little flimsy with some minor caulkable light leaks. I can't caulk or fill in the hinges or the space between the cabinet doors due to the fact that I won't be able to open the cabinet.

My plan so far (which is def not the final version) is to maybe try and put another layer in the inside of the cabinet. Get some insulation board white mylar on the outside and drill that into the walls and the doors.

PROBLEM: Have a drill but no saw or anywhere to saw because i am in a one bedroom apartment.
PROBLEM: That would help with sound and the back panel light leaks but I doubt that would fix the light leaks at the hinges.

Any help guys?

I just did a dresser and your best bet is to use black and white poly (panda plastic) It gives you light proof smell proof and reflection all at once, make sure it overlaps around the door and use weather stripping as well, This has worked for me.

get some weather stripping and put it around the edges of the doors so that when it closes it seals it thus making u not have any light leak there go rip ur bong and go to the store to get some :)

Split a inner tube and glue it to the sides and door it gives you the streach you need when opening and shutting the doors plus it seals great

I used quarter round stock to surround where the doors close. I then put 3/8 thick weather srip where it would protude a little. I then ran a board where the door meet and put strips.

I'll put pics up when I get home.
