Any help with seedlings?

Once my tap roots out on my seedlings can they go straight into the res? Or do i HAVE to build the root system up first?

I currently have them in a collar with mini basket (clay pebbles inside it)
Sitting at the bottom of a 6inch net pot with no clay pebbles at the bottom, literally sitting at bottom of net pot with water 1 or 2 inches underneath it splashing water up from bubbles bursting, root growth seems slow, it's got enough moisture from the bubbles popping when hitting surface of water so roots are staying wet.


Room temps in day 24/25c, humidity 55%, lights off and they drop to around 17c (struggling to keep temps up, even with a heater)


Any advice???

Raise your water level to the bottom of the net pot so the roots are always wet.. After you get good root growth lower it to 1-2"..
