Any good Facebook groups for growers?

I couldn't find any so I just started a group: Cannabis Growers United

This was a last ditch effort to get the ball rolling, but I'm sure there are other groups out there?

From what I've seen, Facebook is a cesspool of posers and worse. I had a guy who kept messaging me asking to trade buds through the mail. I wasn't even considering doing that, but researched the guy anyway after he asked some serious noob questions about plants that didn't match up to his claimed 20+ years of experience. Turned out to be a senior DEA agent who was actually stupid enough to use his real name and have an old profile picture attached to his FB account that was the same one on his LinkedIn profile.

People like that and Ethos shills are about all you're going to find on Facebook. There are a couple of decent small probiotic/organic groups with a few good people in them, but they're still riddled with trolls and fakes.

That's what I was worried about...

Fuck Facebook... never, ever will I have a Facebook account again... they are why this country (U.S.) is spiraling down the shitter. Its nothing but hatred, and Adults talking/typing behind a computer screen and keyboard, like an immature 10 year old child on the internet. I say just do away wi Facebook n Twitter n the likes. Then just have weed growing website on the internet. :bigjoint:

I was never a huge fan of social media. Had my FB account since the beginning but never really used it. I had 3 pics in total there, two of them with my pets) Everything changed when i started my business. I was recommended to use facebook+ savemyleads (ads effectiveness tracker) to promote my product and the result was incredible. I always knew social media have an influence on our lives but couldn't even imagine many new customers can come from there
Oof

Anyone who values or prioritizes privacy and discretion might not want to join any grow groups on FB. They have a way of sharing around stuff that you may think others don't see.

There's actually a couple legit raffle (waffle) and auction pages. Be prepared to switch groups with those, sometimes they reported or whatever. Some breeders also have their own pages & it's a great way to stay tapped into their drops, etc.

Cartier Crops & a couple others have started their own sites and/or apps, but the fact is cannabis growers are only dedicated to a point, and then fall off or get lazy; Growdiaries is a prime example, so many unfinished or just very poorly set up diaries.
