Any experts ? Clones on death row

posted about this issue few days ago and got no advice. For the people that missed the first post...
The first picture is a clone that hasn’t rooted yet but has been in the bubble for 5-6 days... it infects, sucks dry and leaves the stem to rot from inside out....
Been topping off the infected parts and they seem to wanna pull through.
*** yes I do spray with spenocide and neem, been there been doin that*** Microscope is in the mail. Anybody seen something like this?
Fungus or bug?

Greetings, never seen anything like that before. Looks like something is going to pop out and run into an air duct and hunt people. :-)

As far as rooting goes, bubblers take 3 days to 3weeks to root if not dialed in.

That's really concerning! I've never seen anything like that, but it looks like it may be a mite, and it may be laying eggs on your stem. The real problem is that the plants you got these from are probably how they became infected in the first place.

Have you looked at your plants closely? You should be checking your leaves, especially underneath, every day. Infestations can happen in as little as a day. Many insects are difficult to see with he naked eye, but there are signs you can look for. Spider mites will create webs in between the leaves. You'll see tiny black dots around the webs, and under the leaves. These are the most destructive insect to your plants! By the time you get your microscope, it may already be too late. Look at your plants' leaves closely, if your plants are where you got your cuttings from, and see if you can see small yellow dots, and webs, on your leaves, which are from mites. You might also see small whitish dots on your leaves. Those are spider mite egg sacs, each containing a ton of mites!

As far as your infected clones, you'll want to destroy them, and discard them far from your grow, if they're infected.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t see any signs of mites... I’ve had spider mites before and know them well. Spots webs the whole nine . As far as the cuts. I’ve had the same cut for 5 years and 20 years someone else before me. I’ve added a couple new strains to the library but I feel like it’s not a bug exactly... some clones that were affected and where I “topped” the infected parts off are lush green happy and taking off. In 1 gallons ‍♂
A true mystery.. microscope Tuesday. I’ll post a pic of my findings if anyone’s curious. I know I am....

Well I busted out my microscope and didn’t find out too much but can confirm it’s amber sap/sugar and I did NOT SEE bugs of any kind , so for that I’m happy.
Pictures For evidence.

If sap, Why would this cause the clone to die? Does the Secreeting destroy the surrounding tissue preventing nutrient uptake in the stem ... hence the dying?
The last picture is a clone stem that was topped at the infection......... if I had a blood clot in my arm that nasty and got infected ,I’d want it to chop it off or die too!
Any other theories out there?? Anything else I should look at ??

Wow! I have no idea what that could be! I wonder if it's some kind of disease. I don't know too much about the different diseases cannabis could be effected by, but I can think of anything else.
