Any caregivers selling excess flower to dispensaries?

It is not necessarily a nightmare but more of a new venture for the goverment and like any new venture there will be speed bumps and road blacks but after a few years it will be a ship shape system and i dont think hardly anyone will have complaints. I do agree that the fees to get proper licenses to operate anything rec is ridiculous. There are actually more regulations for rec than there are for medical which is ass backwards in my opinion

What are dispensiaries paying farmers for wholesale?

As far as i know nothing right now cuz people are still waiting for testing to be done

idk what most clubs pay but i get 2800/lb 90% of the time bar a low test probably lower in more populated area's
