Hi everyone i have my seeds come through about a week ago i mist them daily and put a tad couple drops of formulex which is for babys they seem to enjoy they are in seed soil at mo with no nutes just formulex and left out water.they have 4 sets of leaves now and are about 1.3 inch tall i have them under 150w blue spec enviro an18w blue spec enviro also a 20 w enviro also.
.i plan to veg till there about 12 inch tall or 15 inch not sure??

.when would i start giving them grow nutes?????

. I am unsure when to repot into my bigger pots as they are still in small black plastic pots and i dont know how to judge when to transfer????

Working up the money at the mo,i plan on using 600watt hps when go into flowering as i dont believe envirolite would give as much yeilds and quality???/

i will plan on potting them in bio bizz all mix and using peter jacks grow and bloom and look into a booster also???

Any advice would be much appreciated

You didn't say how many seedlings you have, but my guess is that you're going to need that HPS sooner than you think. Your current setup would be fine for 2-3 plants, but that's about it.

You didn't say what kind of soil you have, but you may not need to nutes for a good month. Depends on how much ferts are already in the soil.

You might want to give them a couple of more weeks until you transplant.

:joint:I have attached a pic of my 2 babys for you to look at and give me feedback on. They have been out of the soil for 1 week now do they look ok for their age or not?:weed: Is there apperance right and what do you think about the height of them (if you can make it out) and colour?

They do look really healthy to me but im just asking other opinions as its better to be safe than sorry!! :joint:

Nice one for any feed back guys.

when do you recommend i repot these into fertilised soil as they are in john innes seed soil based compost at mo in pots that are about 4 inch deep they are just on there second set of leaves but seem to be growing slower than before

you reckon its time to up pot in to the final pot

might use westlands with jhon innes or somet from hydro shop bio bizz all mix

thanks for advice so far here is my updated pics they been growing 1 week 2 days now the one on left looks fine to me but the one on right looks health but the first true leaves seem to have a bend in them

im hoping i can correct this is it overwatering?

i have been misting the top of pots maybe twice a day you think im overwatering or they need to be repotted maybe rootbound cant see any roots at bottom so dont think so?

maybe need extra NUTES NOW ?

ALL THOUGH I THINK THEY HAVE HAD TWO - THREE NIGHTS WHERE THE TEMP WAS QUITE COOL?

Give it a couple of days before you transplant just to be safe. You want them as strong as possible to withstand the shock of transplanting. Watch your temps too. Wouldn't hurt to add more light because they're already looking a little stretched. Don't feed nutes just yet either. Make sure you only water when the top inch or so of soil is dry, not before. The soil needs to dry out a bit in order for the roots to expand and search for water. Too much water will starve them of oxygen.
