Another Smart IC Question...

Found these in the usual place...

Picture makes it look like there are 144 chips...

can we assume they are .5w?
if .5w and @ 50w, they would be running at about 70%. they claim 120lm/w. anyway to tell?

has anyone dis-assembled one of these 144/50w?

I was thinking this was a new vendor/competitor that has produced a slightly different board? The video is for a 74 diode chip... this one claims to be 144. The 74 looks interesting, but probably isn't as efficient as it claims... could the 144 be true and/or as efficient as they claim?

Product description includes 6 IC vs. the 5 in video. Each IC would need to drive 24 vs. only about 19, if 144 vs. 74 (and assuming IC's are the same). I am also curious if these are closer to 60w since number of IC's kind of matches wattage?

I saw the video before I asked my questions... the video convinced me not to buy that one... what about this?
