You don't really need any light until they come out of the soil. Once they do, get them under some light right away so they don't stretch out too much, which can cause the stems to weaken to the point where they won't support the plant.

If I go with a soil from wal-mart like Supersoil, does anybody have a suggestion to some nutrients I should add?
