Another First Time CFL grower

Hey guys, I'm bran new here and this is my very first grow. I've done a lot of research, and I figured I had enough knowledge to finally give growing a shot. For the most part "she" (or so I hope) looks damn good. Right now she's about a week and a half old. I grew her from a bagseed, planted in organic (Jeff's) seed starting soil, watered her with tap water left out for several days, and bought 2 26w 65k cfls, and a 45w 25k cfl. She is growing fast, everyday I mess with the lights and observe her constantly. My only concern with her right now is if I should switch to distilled water because my water tastes very hard (figures for Nashville). Also nute burn, I made a mistake and mixed way too much blood meal into the soil (12% slow release nitrogen) and she is very dark green. My last worry is wether she has enough light to get going. I plan on continuing to buy lights and such, but I want to make sure she can survive untill then. I guess I'd say I'm doing pretty good for a broke ass college kid lol.....Heres The Shpeal!!!

Two things to add about the pics. The two windows in that room (the room is upstairs) stay wide freakin' open 24/7. Also I have a time set for 8 hrs dark (thats why I use the black curtain). Lastly in one pic the lights are closer, in the other far - whats a good distance (I would like her to stretch a little bit though).

ok so now my baby is about 2-3 weeks since sprouting. Today I went and bought some more materials. Now I have a much better setup. I bought 3 ballasts and 3 1-2 splitters. Now I have 5 lights total. 2x23 watt 5.5k cls, 2x26 watt 5k cfls, and 1 42w 27k bulb. I also bought some distilled water since I had a hard water problem. Lastly I got a soil ph, moist, and light (all in 1) meter. I feel like my setup is pretty good, but now onto my problem. My little one is stopped crowing about half a week ago and started yellowing at the tips of the bigger fan leaves. Now the yellowing is also starting on the tips of the newer, smaller leaves. I recently made the mistake of adding nutes...which could be the problem. However, the ph meter said my soil ph was almost 8...not good. Today, I flushed the soil with distilled water, and added some hardwood sawdust which I have heard will help my ph a little. Next week I will buy some ph up and down products. Until then, I'm hoping the flushing and improved lighting will help a little.

plants at that size dont need nutes. you did right by flushing with the distilled water. what are you plans for air filtration?

Well, right now I leave the window in the picture wide open. It's right by the road so it catches a lot of wind. Maybe a small fan wouldn't be a bad idea tho?

Update on the plant today...it started growing again, or at least showing signs of growth on top. The one leaf that was entirely yellow fell off, but the rest of the plant looks much better. I can tell flushing it really helped. I will try and have some pics tomorrow along with a few vent ideas..
