i knew of a cop like this, all roided up. he moonlighted as a bouncer which was illegal but thats another story. this douche got lured out of the club he worked in to stomp some punk when low and behold there was about 20 guy's outside that put him in hospital for 5-6 months. he's still on the force and treats people with a lot more respect now. no arrest ever came from the attack.

When my youngest son threw an apple core out of his car window which was witnessed by an off duty policemen, that policemen and his colleague were banging on my door at midnight that night very irate adrenalin clearly pumping, raising their voices demanding to speak to my son. I thought he had killed someone the way they were acting, when he came down stairs half asleep they cuffed him very roughly, when I asked what was going on my son looked very confused and said I don't mum! I haven't done anything. When they told me what they had come for I couldn't believe it and demanded they un cuff him and get out of house, they left and the next day I made an official complaint against them, the inspector was very sorry but I dread to think what they would have been like with him if I hadn't been their.

Even that is scary, it sounds like you saved your son a lot of trouble in life.
