Another difficult issue. (Please help)

So my have been flourishing since I sorted the feeding schedule out, but one problem - root rot. I've been putting ice packs under the bucket to keep it cool, tried lights off for 24 hours, checked for light leaks, scrubbed the reservoir, boiled it, bleached it, changed the air stone and line, added beneficial bacteria (Voodoo juice) and that's done nothing. Tried running sm-90 as an alternative, that hasn't helped either. All my new roots that grow keep turning brown and slimy. I really need some advice here, my plants are dying pretty fast - am currently foliar feeding them to try slow it down. Have trimmed the worst parts of the roots off but I'm just scared my plants aren't going to survive. :( Could anyone give me some advice on what I might be missing? I'm considering adding in some extra phosphorus but don't know if that's going to elevate the problem? Have also got 2 air pumps running an airstone. Pics attached.
I have checked my PH etc, using jungle juice 3 part nutrients (mixing only grow and micro right now in the rez)

13 ml per gallon of h202, if you're using the 3% stuff from the drugstore. add it, let it run an hour, change the res, do it again, maybe even a third time. then add 6 ml per gallon every other day to keep it sterile.

can do the same thing with bleach/pool shock, would have to look up how much to use, something like .5ml per gallon every 3 days if you're using bleach, have to mix the pool shock into a base solution to use if you go with it.

I've been struggling to find h202 any higher than 3% :/ anyone got a link to? If planting means I can flower them then I'm up for it but wouldn't pythium take hold in the soil? Will try that with the h202. I forgot to ask should I even be adding nutrients at the moment?

Okay think I will. The lights are off and have bleached my reservoir twice and now just running tap water and hydrogen peroxide. Gonna bleach the res tomorrow again im thinking
