another baby came out of nowhere

Hey question. Have any of ya'll ever seen another seedling grow out of nowhere in the same pot? Well today i went in my lil grow room to spray the tops of my babies, as i got closer just to see how ever thing is doing, i spot another lil baby growing. I didn't put any seeds in the pot or nothing... So is the normal to see this happen? and im growing in soil.

I had the same on an outdoor plant in a pot, something is sprouting not sure what it is though, looks like a rogue child
