Ann Coulter Was Right On This One...

Nothing that woman ever says is about anything good. She is a complainer and a truly, it seems intentionally so, ignorant ranter. Her field of vision is so tiny that she needs a telescope to see the end of her nose.
You are attacking the personality and not addressing her valid point.

Two supposed doctors although it might becoming more clear that one was on more of a religious trip than mendical, managed to contract a disease that they are all telling us is hard to catch if you know what you are doing.

Then for humanitarian reasons, these two ignorant dipshits are flown back to the USA, possibly endangering other people in America. We are told there is no chance of contamination but see the issue about separate trips on a gulf stream jet, etc. Add this to the fact that two supposed dipshit doctors managed to contract it and now we have a bunch more dipshit doctors fucking with the live virus in America.

Again, it seems like a tried and re-tried bad movie plot... Or one of the Alien series movies where the corporation is bound and determined to drag a live alien back to civilization for study...

Stupid and fucking arrogant is what it is... Who got to decide that infected people can come over to our soil? Oh, the unelected burecrats at the CDC did that. Who has decided that the border is a free for all and might be letting infected people jet ski across from mexico? Oh, that would be the current administration and the supposed border enforcement agents...

With the incredible level of complete incompetence that has been on display from a parade of organizations in the government, I am really fucking surprised so many people just take whatever the government chooses to say today as gospel and move on.

Flying these doctors back to America seems foolish and violates the first rule of a quarantine, that is, to quarantine.

I won't argue with the doctor's motive for being in Liberia in the first place though, that was their decision.

The number of books she's sold would seem to indicate otherwise.
There is a whole industry making right wing talk show hosts multi-millionaires off of their viewers/listeners that sells books, gold, and mostly fear to their masses. Like so many irrational fears, these too will pass with the death of most of its members from old age and the continued isolation (mostly self-imposed) of the remaining who don't understand the nature of change and thus blindly oppose it instead of helping to guide it.

Think what you want. But the right wing is not made up of only old white men. It is mostly ran by them, but many are under their tent not captured by that descriptor.

wow. breathtakingly retarded.

fox already tried to play the "diseased" angle on the kids coming over from central america. they did their best to manufacture some outrage over chicken pox and scabies. obviously no one is really all too concerned.

trying to subtly play the ebola angle is retarded and has no basis in reality, much like most everything that comes out of your stupid mouth.

I love Ann Coulter. And Bill Maher. They're both funny as hell.

I learned long ago that neither side is "right". And I also learned that I needed to quit being so damned serious and laugh sometimes. And they make me laugh.

And sometimes, they're both right. But never at the same time. :)

And it is a good way of making the point that women are voting so stupidly, at least single women. It also makes the point, it is kind of embarrassing, the Democratic Party ought to be hanging its head in shame, that it has so much difficulty getting men to vote for it. You may hate her, but she WAS right in this instance.
A.C. is an entertainer. She is in it to sell books. Does she know her politics. Absolutely, but she's an expert in stirring up shit so she sells more books/appearances.
Although Ann Coulter brings shivers to many, she was right in her recent article entitled "EBOLA DOC'S CONDITION DOWNGRADED TO 'IDIOTIC'". See http://www.anncoulter.com/

She correctly pointed out that Dr. Kent Brantly (the doc who went to Africa and contracted Ebola) and a nurse (who also contracted Ebola) did more harm than good by going to Africa on a "missionary medical trip" sponsored by a Christian group. Instead of helping a bunch of people in Africa, they contracted the virus themselves, and it cost their sponsor group $2 million to fly them both home separately in a jet specifically modified for medical transport.

Said Coulter:

"I wonder how the Ebola doctor feels now that his humanitarian trip has cost a Christian charity much more than any services he rendered.

What was the point?

Whatever good Dr. Kent Brantly did in Liberia has now been overwhelmed by the more than $2 million already paid by the Christian charities Samaritan's Purse and SIM USA just to fly him and his nurse home in separate Gulfstream jets, specially equipped with medical tents, and to care for them at one of America's premier hospitals."
But we need to know how to handle a pandemic if it were to occur. this "dry run" of sorts at least gave us some sort of baseline as to what it would entail/cost to provide treatment.

I can say this because I no longer live in Atlanta.

I'd rather those docs were under the care of the CDC than not.

If I still lived in Atlanta, I'm not sure if my emotions would over come my logic or not.

Doesn't the CDC have in its possession a bunch of viruses anyway?

Yes, but as far as I know, they are not walking around on two legs. Could be though, security there is as tight as ft knox.

Seriously though, I can see her point, I just don't feel as threatened by it. I actually trust the CDC a little bit. And I'm a walking dead fan.

Again, I've not made one qualitative statement about her.

Someone said no one cares what she thinks.

If that were true she wouldn't sell books.

But she does, so obviously people care what she thinks. Not all, but some.

She is smart, articulate, and fairly attractive.

The only problem you have with her is that you disagree with her. She would agree with you, but someone has to be correct.
she says shit that she knows is outright fucking retarded. even she cant possibly believe all of the shit she spews.
SIDE NOTE: NOT attractive. if paris hilton fucked the crypt keeper their baby would be coulter
