Meet the twins - 2 girlscout cookies xtreme autoflowers!
Super excited! Once I get them in buckets, I'm planning on doing one Granddaddy Purple photo under a scrog. First time for me to grow 2 strains that I often see posts on! It'll make my life easier.20210812_174037.jpg
 
Not looking like a great start. What are those planted in? I would have planted them deeper.

Also what light are they growing under? What's the plan for mixing autos and photos when you need to flower the photo plant?

Yeah on my other forum, I noted that my previous babies weren't as yellow when they popped. Maybe I put a little too much water in the peat pellets. Over night they have turned green now. I had them in peat pellets and once I saw them bust the surface of the pellets, I placed the pellets in the seed starter pots with vermiculite around them.

Last night was their first night under a light - it's just a cheap blurple off Amazon - says "1200 watt" but only pulls 250 watt.

I have another closet tent that I will put my Granddaddy in after I get the autos in their DWC buckets - the autos and the photo won't be together.
I appreciate your suggestion of putting the seedlings deeper in the peat moss.

First little bit of nutes tomorrow and I'll be getting their net pots ready tomorrow. :D
I've always just followed the flora feeding schedule and adjusted if need be.
Any suggestions are welcome!

I asked the hubby to take the scrogs off while they are small, but he gave me a death stare lol
He has had to stop smoking due to wanting to change jobs lol
They are about 3in tall right now. :D

That's an interesting set-up, the only thing I would say is to be careful with your nutrient levels. 250W isn't a great deal and feeding at recommended values has a good chance of leading to toxicity if light too far away or space too big.

Thanks! Yeah I need to probably bring it closer. I've had it closer than it is now for my other grows. My week spot is the seedling stage lol, so I'm trying to be gentle with them.
I have a marshydro, but once I get these girls a little bigger, I'm going to put a granddaddy purple under the marshydro.

Lighting sucks, but my girls finally have roots out the bottom of the net! Going to fill both buckets up tomorrow, hopefully! Busy week, so it might have to wait until the weekend.

I did some LST before work this morning and the adjusted so nicely already hehe. :D

I always end up trying to get pics in the morning. I'll just have to start timing it w my res changes. Last week I think I overfed, so had to give some regular PHd water to lower a bit. They seem to like the slight change.

Andddddd I wanna put my Granddaddy purp down! Still can't decide if I should do one massive scrog since it's a photo or just veg less time and do a smaller scrog (but still bigger than the auto's scrog)....cause that's not confusing lol
