Just wondering do you guys use Bud Candy on the more dank strains like the og kush, chemdawg, diesel strains etc.? or the more fruity strains? I've used Bud Candy for about 3 runs on different strains including ak47, master kush, and g-force and they all seem to have had a similar smell. I am growing OG right now im thinking about not running the Bud Candy this time around to see if there's a difference.....let me know what you guys think

Not a big fan of the AN nutes anymore. I went through a phase with them and found that I was spending alot of $$$ and having to use way too many bottles of stuff. Switched to GH Flora and get great results with just 3 bottles, then switched to Cutting Edge Nutes and have the healthiest plants I've had in 20 years of growing with just 3 part and some added Sulfur and Mag. AN make great Nutes, but I truly believe you can get the same resulkts with far less $$$ and complexity. You can then use your saved time to concentrate on Atmosphere and canopy shape...the real important stuff. Just my opinion; I'm not bashing AN.

You do realize that cutting edge just ripped off the GH formula, right?

OP - Bud candy is a joke. This is what AN is claiming that 0.5% magnesium does for your plants (http://www.advancednutrients.com/hydroponics/products/bud_candy/bud_candy_faq_nutrient_facts.php):

BUD CANDY BENEFITS:
Larger Flowers
More Taste
More Aroma
More Resins
Stronger Roots
Faster Floral Maturation
Stronger Plant Immune Systems
I like the fact that you're not running it this round to see if it justifies it's usage. I think if you're honest with yourself, you'll be throwing that bottle away in a month.
