If America decides to start something with NK then China and Russia will have to become involved. You cannot blame China for that as America would then surround it. Its ironic that America prevented Korea from becoming a united country before they tried to keep Vietnam separate. Vietnam today as a united country is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. A united Korea could do something similar being so close to China, Russia and Japan.

Sorry to say, our country has pretty much screwed everything up as far as foreign policy, for a long time.
