Would it be going over board on the nutes if I amended worm castings and lime into fox farm soil?
How much work castings and lime? I have epsoma lime.
Also am I risking an immideate flow with only 14.5 hours of daylight?

As much ewc as you want to pay for...it wont burn plants...I used cubic foot per quarter yard of soil...also eb stone is shitty ewc... Seeds or clones?

I use worm castings in my guano teas. also like to top dress with it. But this can get quite pricey unless you have a good cost effective source for worm poop

I think you would be better off with a mix of half ffof and half happy frog with added ewc....I would hate for the ffof to be too hot and burn the clones...
how would i gage 10%?
Maths.........ffof bags are 1.5 cf or about 11 gallons happy frog is 2 cf or about 14 gallons....about 200 gallons in a yard..
most/some of the time ewc comes in 1 cf bags...

also google aerated worm compost tea... could save you cash over buys loads of ewc for the soil....I'm trying it this for the first time this season....seems to be working well.

the Ocean forest will take you well into veg, methinks, but a feed in veg is okay. make a solution with the ECW and feed. just don't over-feed young plants.

The year is 2021 and my newest grow in ocean forest is severely lacking in nitrogen. I'm in my third grow ever. All with ocean forest and perlite. This is first time I have had this problem. So for the transplant from 3 gal to 7 gal I have added 1 Tbsp per gallon of soil of ewc, kelp meal, neem seed meal, gypsum, and 1 Tbsp per 5 gallon of magnesium nitrate/magnesium oxide. It's been a week since and the lower leaves have finally stopped yellowing and dropping off. Also use azos, mykos, and great white when transplanting. Starting flower next week.

Once you take a base soil and start amending it....my 2c is you are 80% towards making your own soil so....make your own from scratch and do it right. You can control it all and the only diff from what you do is waiting 30 days or so to use it once its amped up with a lot of amendments.

Adding a lot of ewc only risks a drainage issue. Ewc holds many multiples of its weight and volume in water. If you put a lot in without adding more pearlite, you may not have the drainage you need.
