Amber pistil hairs, sign of maturity or light burn

Noticed the first amber hairs today, recently moved the light from 20cm to 7-10cm from the buds. Is this a sign of maturity or light burn?
Lamp i'm using is a 2700K 125w CFL, strain is Peyote Critical by Barneys Farm and they're six and a half weeks in to flower

I would say maturity. CFL bulbs usually don’t burn plants unless it’s actually touching the leafs, and the closer the better with cfl, just not touching.
