Am I over watering?

You have to look at the lpm rating if you divide that 200 or 250 by 60 mins you 3.3lpm or 4.2lpm for the 250 those fish tank ones will end up giving you root rot. DO ( dissolved oxygen) is the number one preventive action to keep root rot at bay.

I'll have to upgrade to one of the little commercial pumps I reckon, thanks for your help mate
 
I go by watts used, for my pumps.
I got 35w pond pumps. Supposedly around 3900lph/1090gph/65lpm.

The Lordhooha is correct on adding air. It will help.
 
Well all 3 made it thanks for the help guys even the one I thought was dead, their in week 2 of flower now

Take your pots out of the res, have an air stone water them from underneath and watch the roots pop out. As soon as they hit the res they will take off
 
Yeah that's what I did, I added more air and dropped the water level an inch or 2
