you guys are funny. purple has nothing to do with in or outdoors. when we see it outside or with colder temps it measns its stopped chloraphyll production and is a weeker pot being that is the main growth to thwem needing that. ya you need to sober up cause you contradict yourself through the whole poist. no run off yes run off....lol
and to mc purp. you need to learn more before saying we are wrong., you know more than a nute manufacurer on how to use???? i did mention i worked for one didnt i..thats funny to say ph dont matter.,the ph window has nothing to do with the water, has to do if the nutes or what elements had been chelated. and that is way to expensive to do all nutes and nobody does it. run off tells us nothing????...whjat is the ph and ec of a run off do then. just to look at????
i may not know everyhting on nutrient mixing and so on but all you people that say no ph need to read more and have your stuff tested to show how week it is not using ph.
to the other dood, yes you ened run off and the amount depends on how much rpoot mass is in there. if not the ph will deffinatly drop out and become defficient and get burns.

im not saying your wrong, i am saying that watering a plant with a ph of 6,6.1, all the way up to 7 is fine for a plant.
and most nute manufacturer are BS just trying to make money theri is only a few in that buissness that know what they are talking about and i mean very few.
and i say ph run off doesnt matter cuz it really doesnt, if you know your watering with a proper ph then the runoff shouldnt be bad. and i dont know what EC is but soil is simple and you dont really need and ec meter or what ever it is.
so ya ph does need to be tested BRFORE you water and a p of any where 6-7 is fine

if they where full of shit and want us to use more then they would be telling us to use 9 or high ph as we would need more foods each feed to keep the health up to par. so if the run off isnt important and we keep the medium top wet to often what happebns..even with correct ph going in./..the ph drops out. no o2 will make it drop and being to wet does this also. many reasons ph drops out.
you dont know what ec is but you keep telling me im out on info..ec is how we relay read foods...electrical conductivity is the true measurement, not ppm. ppm and tds or ppt or any othewr is a conversion of ec. and we loose accuracy slightly in this conversion. there is a .5 or .7 conversion factor to get from ec to ppm. depending on where we are...europe or north america. most of us over here its .5
try just once to give someone elses opinion a try before sayin its noit important, i do workj for a nute co and not here as a bullshit salesman, ill help with any co foods. when they say there is a window of ph say fopr nitro of whatever scale..say your 6 to 7. this doenst mean to go anywhere and all over this scazle. it means find the best number in that range and stick to it. i was showing my soil biologist all this on here and other threads saying ph isnt important and this swing and he almopst fell over laughing. no offence. but these are professionals i get advice from. not just stoner salesman. they dont sell anything. they prove our labels are accurate or not and test to see if what we say is in our stuff. so they get nothing from it.
we have to have each bottle tested and aproved by the american agriculture association befpore we can even send it down there. and this is in eaqch state and each bottle...we cant lie. its usualy the oens that dont understand are the ones claiming bullshit. but thats their right to be stuck up like that.
