Am i growing marijuana?

Ok so I have no clue if this is a marijuana plant or not, I am trying to grow it. But I found this in a different place, So it has small little leaves and then 2 other small leaves on the opposite side, like this pic:

it looks like the one on the left but with a little smaller leaves, is it marijuana?
I know I should wait and see, but Im just curious

No, im not But I think I threw the soil that had a seed in it outside, now im wondering if its pot or not. Also that is not my pic, I am using it as an example...

Probably make more sense to post a pic of the plant ur curious about . Rather than a pic u found of a canabis plant which u already know is a canabis plant cause u googled canabis plant
