Am i being overly paranoid? Help appreciated!

Hello, my babies are now a week old and all seems ok on the most part, one of my seedlings seems to be bending over abit and when i have searched for a fix for this online i have only found seedlings that have near enough collapsed i have to tried to rectify this by pushing a small amount of soil in the opposing direction to support it an try to encourage it in the right direction as well as spinning the pot so the head is at its furtherest point from the light so it should hopefully try to grow towards the light and straighten itself up abit i am just wondering if this is normal or am i rightfully worried?

As well as this i havent seen much growth after the intial set of true leaves(which are still very small) am i just over thinking it or is there any problems? I was worried the lights may be too far away so i have moved them a couple inches closer or that i may have been over watering them recently as i only gave the soil a soaking at first left it for a few days with good growth yet as it has been extremely hot last 3 days i have been soaking the top soil with a mister in the morning and before bed i stopped this yesterday through fear of over watering them, any advice would be great, sorry for the essay but im a newbie worrying myself! Thanks for reading!

they are probably just leaning over because the stems still weak. It will find its own way towards the light they always do. Propping it up wont do any harm but just give it time haha if your worrying at this stage of the game your in for a long worrying grow let me tell ya!

I know! Ive been like a parent with a child in hospital im a nightmare haha and theyre under a t5 cfl i believe the wattage of the combined tubes is 110 at the moment, they are actually going outside when 1. the weather clears up abit (typical britain spanish heat one day then directly followed by heavy rain) and 2. Theyre bigger, sturdier and ready for the great outdoors!

when they are a few more weeks older a free tip i picked up off a dude named subcool some heard of him some aint.

hold your hand out fingers spread apart.
slide your hand fingers still spread so your plants main stem is between a few fingers.

now simply yet GENTLY shake yoru hand from side to side! this will not only give your babies a little head rush an gives off a hint of the aroma locked in them buds. but it actually also gently strenghthens the main stem which could produce some big strong robust main stem needed for holding the tree your looking to grow.

il also add again this fourms new colour layout sucks worst than fresh lemons! back to thctalk i go.

He's talkin about seedlings here. They aren't anywhere near "putting your fingers between them and shakin them" FCS

i was using the shaking method at 1 week old seedlings an they never complained so if i no something wiill help il spread the word. hence the GENTLY term in my last post is a little give away to be gentle when doing it.

but its only rioll it up so dont matter much when it comes to dead perfect advice when i rarely touch this fourm unless im bored

Yep hit em with a small fan on Low at first. This will harden their stems and then you can crank up the fan a little more. Paying attention to temps and humidity of course.

I get ya mate it was roasting yesterdy and pissing down now haha. Iv been thinking of doing an outdoor grow. Gonna have to get a move on if I do decide to do one want them planted about now really. I use t5s for my clones mate I can get the lights really close without burning the plants and like the other lads said a small fan will do the stems loads of good. Think of it like a workout for the plant training against the breeze. ice lolly sticks can be used as a last resort for support, shouldnt really need them tho...
