Always struggle with young plants

I always seem to struggle with young plants.
I'm guessing this one is over watered and nute burn.
I've got wilting, the claw, tip burn and yellowing old growth and the the new stuff is pale also ( hard to see from the pics)
What do you guys reckon?
It's in coco, feed is at 5.8 pH and 0.8 ec the tap water is 0.45 so there's not really much nutes in there.
Been feeding every 2 - 3 days with run off.
Oh and under a sf2000 at 30" away
Also it is a clone with plenty of roots.
How do you water young plants like this? Maybe not worry about runoff and just give it a splash each day or 2?

That time you think? I don't go through stages tho I normally just get them going in pots like this then straight into 30 litre pots and struggle with similar issues untill they take off then there great after that.
Not normally the tip burn tho wich I know is hard too see in these pics.
just the drooping seems to always be my issue untill they take off.

Pull one out and have a look at the roots
 
You treat Coco Coir like soil that's why you're experiencing problems.

Coir is hydro grown plants. Coir is practically inert meaning it takes a very long time for it to break down and has a natural pH of 5.7-6.5.

I only start spacing out my watering after they go all droopy. This droopyness started while being feed every day.
 
How is the drainage in that pot? Is all the water able to drain out or are the roots sitting in water?
 
The bottom in full of holes and seems to drain out pretty quick when I feed her.
The coco does seem to stay saturated for a good 2 days after a feed tho. It's been 2 days now since the last and there is still not even 1 brown bit of dry coco fibre ontop

Don't overwater small plants. I personally don't feed to run off at that size in containers. It all depends on quality of coir, plant size and temperature. Keep the coir in the "Goldilock" zone when they're young and feed very, very light. Not overly saturated and not to dry.
 
You could be onto something just trying to water them in slower giving a splash every so often until you're sure the roots are viable enough to drench the whole pot.

Yes, you always feed and water according to plant size, growing method doesn't change the plants requirements. We should follow the plants respons. It's very easy to overwater small plants in coir or any other style of hydro.

Thanks I'll try get it back there.
Will it be safe to not water at all for 3, 4, 5 days or how ever long it takes to dry out a bit or will it starve of oxygen?
This is what gets me every time I think is people saying it impossible to over water in coco and it needs to be done every day, mine don't like it untill there a bit bigger.
 
Coco basics:
Feed daily to substantial run off..........twice a day in flower.
Never, ever give plain water.
Never, ever let the coco dry out.
You can't over water a plant that size in a pot that size.
These two plants are in 1 liter pots and fed multiple times a day.
