almost finished!!

Hey i was wondering i have bout 1-2 weeks left b4 harvest..but i have ta move the plant outside to finish..i was planing on converting a dog cage into some sort of grow box, the cage is going to be kept in a shed...do you think it will finish ok...the tems outside are 40-55 degrees..but the shed i think is bout 10 degees warmer...oppinions please

dont do it the shock alone in air temp will put some major damage to those buds and may give you a case of bud rot.

Dont take my word on it but i think it will be ok.. the sudden change of temp might give it abit of shock and make flowering take a few days longer. make sure you got air flow if your thinking about making some sort of grow box

I would venture to say you could get away with it. IF, you put a portable heater out there when you are in the dark cycle. I would realistically shoot for a 60*+ temp, and no lower. Depending on the lights you are using that alone should bring it close to an acceptable temp if you are using say..1000w HPS. 2 would be even better.
But in a dog box thats unlikely. So I would say just try to keep it over 60* and if its a purple strain that is gonna be great anyway. Dont risk it. Grab a $40 heater from walmart and hook it up. leave it on high during off hours and low-med with lights. CFL, may need some more heat.
