Currently have em in happy frog soil feeding a combination of blackstrap molasses, fish emulsion and I added a 1/4 dose of marine cuisine on top.

Whats up guys? Soon-to-be MO medical cultivator (pending approval) here; where are the best places to get starters near STL area? And what are their prices? I'd prefer not to have to get seeds in the mail, as I'd rather skip the whole germination process, also I'd rather not have to mail across state lines.

I’m not familiar with any options other than seeds. Perhaps dispensaries will sell clones once they open in mid 2020. I order from Nirvana Seeds and it takes about three weeks to arrive from overseas. Best of luck with your grow!

I think the trend has shifted from everybody buying them from overseas to buying them from seedbanks in California, Colorado and now Michigan and Oregon.I’m not familiar with any options other than seeds. I don’t think there has been much issue shipping seeds in the US for a while. They don’t want to bust somebody with 10 seeds.
If they get confiscated they send a letter that you ignore.
The new agriculture law for hemp changed everything even more. It’s legal to ship hemp.

Well technically a greenhouse isn't outdoors. But I believe now you can have outdoor grows. But when I submitted my approval forum to the state (last year) that was one of the questions I had to answer was how my grow was going to be secure. ie lock and key / video surveillance. But I don't believe video surveillance was a requirement.
