Yeah this is the first time growing bought genetics and they look so much better then the bag seeds. Even though the bag seeds I grew turned out bomb, but still.

oh yeah for sure when i turned 18 my girl bought me a whole bunch of grow stuff so i didnt know any better and used bag seed, talk about a joke shit didnt even have any trichs, you had to smoke like an ounce to get high

Yeah I've grown some pretty bad bag seed before but these last two I grew were actually really bomb. Really frosty.

Started to see a few trichs turning amber on the Auto Purple, really swelling up. Took a test bud off, going to let it dry for 3-4 days and see if I want to chop it. Hope it taste as good as it smells.

Hope it smokes as good as it looks buddy!

Yeah she's just been swellin' the last couple weeks. Amber trichs are just starting to show. The test bud will tell me if I want to chop it yet or not but I'm sure it'll be close to a week by that time anyways. Thanks though.

Here is the 8Ball Kush #1 I cloned for my next run.

The older fan leaves are starting to yellow pretty early, still figuring out how much feed this strain and getting my nute tea schedule figured out, and the tops got a little bleeched from the light being too close, but besides that she is really healthy.

Trichs are coming in, a lot of bud sites popping up, hoping for some large, dense, colas.

She is on day 20 of flower, 29-30 inches tall, 2g smart pot.

The Auto has defiantly been a nice and easy addition that doesn't take up much space at all. And it's nice to have a flowering plant when the others are only 2-3 weeks into flower.

So I took that small Auto Purple bud 2 days ago to test. I could of let it get a little more dry but I decided to test it this morning.

Seems very good, that great smell comes out when you chop it up so I'm guessing with cure time it will keep that. The taste was so so just because it was so fresh, but it tasted pretty decent, can't describe how it taste right now. I'm pretty stoned off it, pretty heavy on everything from my eyes to my mind and body. With a cure, this stuff will be great. Defiantly a good head stage to keep. Up there with my Lucid X, the Plato #1 and #2 are smoking pretty decent, but only been curing for 1 week and the other for 4 days, the Lucid X has been curing for around a month.

Got a little side tracked, really baked, but anyways I think I'm going to let the Purple go maybe 3 days long then cut. I just need to make sure I can get it chopped, dried, and jarred before I leave for Thanksgiving week. I'd say shes ready whenever though. Here are pictures of the test bud, still can't believe the purple on this thing, let alone the frost

Here is an update on the Auto Purple I tested the other day. Going to chop her soon because I need to dry and jar her before I leave for Thanksgiving week, last week of November. She is ready whenever though, just letting her got as long as possible. She is going to be some great smoke. She is 66 days from seed.

That 8ball at 20 days up there is really doing well.

Love the bowl of purple too.

Makes me want to go get a purple strain. Good Work. How do you like the autos? Have you done them a lot? What is the yield difference?

To me it's something just as an extra. Then I could just leave it in the ol' veg tent and water. Would you recommend ordering some or just grab them when they are freebies?

Thanks, I'm really excited about all the bud sites popping up, hoping for big dense buds like they say the 8Ball produces.

Can't beat an awesome purple bowl haha, had to take a picture of that no doubt.

Yeah I wish this was a photo purple strain and not an auto, it has an amazing look and smell, and the test bud went well.

This is my first auto I've done, it was a freebie. I treat autos similar to you and just throw them in with the other plants for fun or just for another plant to run. Personally I think your better off with a normal photo plant vegging and flowering compared to the yield you'd get off an auto, but again, this is my first one. I always figured normal Auto yields are half oz to oz. I'm guessing I'll get around a half oz or so.

It was a freebie so I have no clue. I tried to find out but had no luck. It just grew very purple and dense and smells like a grape Now and Later.

So I got some future plans after I get a good build up off my perpetual grow.

Since this "Lucid X" plant I grew first is so good, and I love it soo much, and it's sooo frosty and curing great and just some really good stuff, I want to master it.

It sucks that I don't know it's real genetics since it was bag seed, but I want to call it my own. Out of that last plant I found around 10 seeds.

So like I said, after I get built up with my perpetual grows, I want to take some time to breed/clone/collect/ect. and work on this strain to make it the best of it's kind.
