So haven't updated anything for almost two weeks, and have made no progress, which is no good.
The 12 Auto seeds I germ'd in water ended up not popping. They didn't look great in the water, they had this weird film on them I've never seen on my seeds before. I put them in dirt still but like I said, never popped. Time to start over.
Today, just now, I started germinating some new seeds with just the classic method. Place the seeds in warm, damp, paper towels and then throw them in some zip locks. I picked 8 AK-48 seeds from Nirvana, then 6 Purple Monkeys and 5 K.A.S.I.'s created by a good friend of mine. They are all regs, and the Purple Monkeys and K.A.S.I.'s are F1s, so kind of tester strains.
Since my original plan was to do a SOG of Autos, while I veg other plants for a couple months, so I can get a quicker harvest. Now that the Autos are a no go, I'll be going with the same plan but just replacing the Autos with Reg plants under 12/12 light. So while I veg around 4-6 for a couple months, I'll have a 10-12 plant 12/12 from seed grow going to get a harvest in a couple months.
The plan is to germ this 19 seeds, and hopefully get at least 12 females to fill the 12/12 from seed area. The other 7 I hope for a couple females for veg, and expecting some males as well. I might have to pop some more seeds later on for the long veg area.
So that's what's going on right now, need to get some plants going asap, I feel like an newbie grower again not getting anything fking going.
