you could certainly sprout your seeds and then put them in the window which will get you a little ahead of frost but it's ultimately the light which might cause many strains to not develop substantially enough to be worthwhile. It's more of a close call that way. they're really small in the first few weeks even under a small fluorescent light like a shop light with two 40 watt bulbs or get CFLs if you can and start 4 plants fr about 3 weeks before frost and you will be in good shape. Just use the basement or pick a closet.

i only grow one plant at a time as it is not so risky and i have a lil grow box i made could maybe fit 2 in.

going to make a pc grow case.

could i use 2 2700k cfls for veg and how many for flowering.

areet bucketheed you could quite easy do all cfl grow in a cardboard box its been done no problem smell is the only factor you'll need to keep in mind it doesn't matter whether youve got a lollipo bonsai dope bush or a ft monster at 3 weeks into flower its gonna hum

yea-cardboard box sounds reasonable-i have my clones in a cardboard box(with only 2 15watter cfls) and other clones just sit in the window sill.
anyway man-where i live i have almost the same weather as you but there are no strain that you can grow all year round outdoors in there man.

mix the 2 spectrums 4 vegg a lot of 6500k-s and mix couple of 2700k-s as well-the more both spectrum, the more better results.do vice vercsa in flowering

no prob man.when chooching cfls, dont go below 23 watters, cas they will give you lower results-in my ghetto as clone box i got two 15 watter=30 watters, clones dont need much light, but with 2 15 watters i will not go under 23 watt.It is still doable, but not recommended.
